What makes great leaders, great?

They invest in their people. What does that mean?  They evaluate, invest, and empower them with tools so that their people can become great themselves.

We learn by example. If leaders are role models who create more great leaders, the cycle continues. We will all be much better off if we just continue this cycle for each other.
